David Chiu

David Chiu has represented the 17th district since 2015. Before being elected to the assembly, he served as President of the SF Board of Supervisors. According to his website, Chiu “has authored 59 bills signed into law by the Governor.”

Chiu’s top priorities include housing and homelessness, protecting civil rights, sustainable communities, healthcare, and economic justice.

Starchild

Starchild is a community activist and an erotic service provider. He is also an active member of the US Army Reserves. He believes in making California “a consent-based society where government does not interfere in people’s lives.”

Starchild’s platform includes decriminalizing victimless crimes, fighting government greed, standing up for immigrants, political self-determination, and guaranteeing educational choice.
